The teen, now 18, entered her plea on June 3. She was given a judicial warning by a Lee County Circuit Court judge.
“These are sanctions in juvenile court,” Samantha Syoen, spokeswoman for the State Attorney’s Office, wrote in an e-mail.
The girl was arrested and charged on Aug. 5 for reportedly taking nude photographs of herself and distributing them to others, along with posting the photos on a social networking website.
She was a minor at the time.
She was booked on one count each of cruelty toward a child direct promote sexual performance by a child and possess obscene material with intent to promote photograph movie or sexual performance by a child.
The State Attorney’s Office later decided to officially file in the case the sole possession of child pornography charge.
Neither the teen nor her parents could not be reached for comment Wednesday.
