He was denied bond and remained at the Lee County Jail on Wednesday.
At 8:45 p.m., Cape narcotics detectives reportedly made arrangements to buy 40 Oxycontins and 10 Percocets from Hudson for $500 in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant in the 1000 block of Del Prado Boulevard South.
After completing the alleged drug deal, police took Hudson into custody.
