DCF to hold community meetings to get input on child welfare system

The Florida Department of Children and Families will hold two community meetings this week to gather information on various aspects of the local child welfare system. The topics of discussion will include the current system of care, gaps in services to children and families, local priorities, services that are offered, and the continuum of care. The community is invited to come out and speak about what is needed to serve the children and families in this area.
