2008 Mercedes reported stolen from Cape home

A white 2008 Mercedes was reported stolen Tuesday from a residence.
Cape Coral police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2100 block of Four Mile Cove Parkway. A woman told police that she left her home at noon and returned to find her garage door open and her Mercedes S300 missing.
The four-door vehicle has Florida tag UTA000.
The car is valued at about $38,000, according to a police report.
Inside the home, several rooms had been ransacked and items were gone.
The items included two digital cameras, six gold coins, costume jewelry, two watches, two bags of coins and cash, HP pavillion notebook, Ruger 10-22 rifle with scope, Beretta F32 9mm, Bursa 380 semi-automatic, antique 22-rifle and ammunition for several types of firearms.
