Father’s Day services offered at SCC

By Staff | Jun 14, 2011

This Sunday, June 19 is Father’s Day. Dads will be encouraged as Sanibel Community Church’s Senior Pastor, Dr. Daryl Donovan, presents a practical, Biblical message on fathering.

Even in the summer months, Sanibel Community Church offers three Sunday morning worship opportunities: At 8 a.m., there is a traditional service of worship which concludes with the Lord’s Supper. At 9 a.m., worship is led by the contemporary praise team. A second traditional service is held at 10:45 a.m.

Childcare is available at all services, with Sunday School for all ages at 10:45 a.m.

Each Sunday at 10:15 a.m., the church enjoys courtyard fellowship, with refreshments. On Father’s Day, there will be a special cake to celebrate dads.

All are welcome to attend services. Casual dress is appropriate. For more information call 472-2684 or visit the church’s website at www.sanibelchurch.com.

Sanibel Community Church is located at 1740 Periwinkle Way.
