F.I.S.H. Easter baskets delivered to Sanibel and Captiva neighbors

By Staff | Apr 25, 2011

Pictured here are the hard-working volunteers Shirley Bohnert, Dorothy Donaldson, Francine Dale and the F.I.S.H. licensed clinical social worker Christine Swiersz.

F.I.S.H. (Friends In Service Here) of Sanibel volunteers prepared more than 30 Easter baskets for our neighbors in need. Volunteers arranged to have the Easter baskets delivered to F.I.S.H. clients and special children’s Easter baskets for their families all around the islands. Ensuring that F.I.S.H. clients had a happy and enjoyable Easter was the primary concern of the volunteers.

The organization received some very generous donations by island individuals who wished to remain anonymous and several island businesses made it possible for F.I.S.H. to put together these lovely Easter baskets – all were delivered in time for the Easter celebrations!
