NHL’s Lightning to conduct practice in Estero

On Tuesday, the Florida Everblades announced that the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning will be practicing at Germain Arena on Tuesday, Feb. 22 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

The Lightning, who are one of two NHL affiliates of the Everblades, will be holding a full practice on the main rink of Germain Arena. The practice is open to the public.

Tampa Bay is currently in first place in the NHL’s Southeast Division with a 34-17-5 record for 73 points. The Lightning are in the midst of a 12-game home stand that runs through Friday, Feb. 25.

Individual tickets to all 2010-11 Florida Everblades home games are on sale now. Tickets are available at the TIB Bank Box Office Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fans can also purchase tickets through TicketMaster by logging onto www.ticketmaster.com or calling 800-745-3000.
