The 524-acre community offers resort-style living with a variety of home styles by highly respected builders, extensive pool and recreational facilities and an abundance of leisure-time activities. Residents enjoy walking or jogging in the development’s two-mile-long linear park and romping with their canine companions at Barkley Park, the development’s fenced-in dog park.
Vibrant colors contribute to the island ambience at Club Sandoval, the community center, which features the Lagoon Pool, one of the largest in Lee County.
Sandoval offers single-family homes and estate single-family homes with home and homesite packages priced from the $150,000s. Single-family homesites average 50 by 130 feet and estate homesites average 70 by 130 feet. Every neighborhood has city water, irrigation and sewer service in place.
