The League of Women Voters of Sanibel will host a City Council Candidates Forum on Monday, Feb. 21. It will take place at the Sanibel Community House, located at 2173 Periwinkle Way, beginning at 7 p.m.

The forum will provide an opportunity for Sanibel voters to hear the candidates for the March 1 City Council election and pose questions to them. The League will invite all candidates to participate immediately after the Jan. 14 filing deadline. Moderator for the forum will be Collier County League of Women Voters President Lydia Galton.

The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan political organization. It gives members the opportunity to impact public policies through study, debate and involvement.
