Rental home burglarized, vehicle stolen

A 2001 Ford Excursion was reported stolen from a rental home in southeast Cape Coral, along with more than $15,000 worth of items.
The property manager for the home, located in the 1400 block of Viking Court, was notified of the burglary by the cleaning company. According to a report, the vehicle and items were stolen between Thursday and Friday.
The total value of the missing items is approximately $30,250.
The Ford was parked on the east side of the home. The property manager reported that two sets of keys were missing. One set was for the Ford and the other was for a Chrysler PT Cruiser. It was still parked in the driveway.
The items stolen from the home were an iBook, a Mac Book, an iPad, a 52-inch LCD flatscreen television, a 47-inch LCD flatscreen television, a 17-inch Sony flatscreen, a desktop computer and a flatscreen monitor, a notebook laptop, two stereo systems, four stereo speakers, a digital camera and a second camera, a DVD player, two power or hand tools, a pair of sunglasses, and clothing and purses.
