Twilight Restaurant & Wine Bar to open in November
October has been a busy and exciting month for the Barrier Island Restaurant Group. Hot on the heels of the extremely successful opening of their newest restaurant, The Stone Crab – A Shrimp & Seafood House, the Barrier Island Restaurant Group (BIRG) is pleased to announce the opening of Twilight Restaurant & Wine Bar in November.
Barrier Island Restaurant Group’s flagship restaurant, Twilight Restaurant & Wine Bar, headed by Chef Robert Parks, has moved to a new location on Periwinkle Way and marks a return to the more intimate approach to dining that the restaurant became famous for 15 years ago.
Twilight Restaurant & Wine Bar will offer delicacies such as steaks, chops and pasta, along with their famous grilled broccoli and several vegetarian entrees that have made the restaurant a popular dining option among Island residents and visitors. An extensive wine list will be prominent.
On Oct. 12, BIRG opened The Stone Crab – A Shrimp & Seafood House in Twilight’s former location on West Gulf Drive. The family-friendly restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily and features a salad bar with a “to-go” option, homemade soups, daily specialties and, of course, fabulous fresh seafood. Weekly live entertainment is provided by Danny Morgan Enterprises.
