Norma Jacqueline Tetreault of Sanibel passed away on Sept. 17, 2010. She was 81.
Formerly of Agawam, Mass., she moved to Sanibel in 1977. She was an active member of Sanibel Community Church and served as mentor to many young women through the Apples of Gold Ministry.
In 1950, she married Laurence Tetreault who preceded her in death in 2003.
Jackie is survived by their children — William Tetreault and his wife, Phyllis of Norwalk, Conn., Robert Tetreault and his wife, Mary, of Vassalboro, Maine, and Laurie Steffey and her husband, Kenneth, of Longwood, Fla.; and their grandchildren — William, Daniel, Abigail, Peter and Naomi.
Family and friends attended the graveside service on Sept. 26 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will be conducted in February at Sanibel Community Church.
