The Bailey’s Center Merchants’ Association (BCMA) will host its second annual Backyard BBQ on Saturday, July 3.

The fun and family-centered event will be held immediately following the Independence Day parade from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Bailey’s Center, located on the corner of Periwinkle Way and Tarpon Bay Road.

Fun times with the BCMA's parade float entered in last year’s parade.

The event will be even bigger than last year and will include great food, beverages, live music by The Hat Boys, independence smoothies, wine tasting, mule and wagon rides, pictures with Uncle Sam, a dunk tank, a bounce house and waterslide, face painting and other activities for children and adults.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming even more people to the Bailey’s Center this year,” said Ken Kasten, President of the BCMA.
