Coin, Pecoraro join Gulf To Bay Sotheby’s Int’l Realty team

Donna Moore and Richard Taylor, owners of Gulf To Bay Sotheby’s International Realty on Sanibel, Captiva and Boca Grande, recently welcomed two new sales associates to the Sanibel and Captiva offices. 

Linda Coin has enjoyed an exciting career in the real estate field for over 15 years.  After time spent in entrepreneurial business, outside sales, and starting a family, her real estate career began in Clarkston (Oakland County), Mich.. Initially in new construction sales, Linda became a full time independent agent specializing in the marketing and promotion of premier properties in the luxury home segment.

In 2000, Linda received her broker’s designation and in 2004 established her own company, Linda Coin Real Estate.

Robert Pecoraro has successfully enjoyed a diverse career in the real estate industry and related fields for over 25 years. In 1979, he established Secure Structures, Inc. and Pecone Associates, specializing in the development, design, construction and ownership of shopping plazas, and other commercial ventures. His company has also been involved in the construction of custom built homes. Upon completion of training and certification, he has performed several hundred home inspections. He has also developed and operated a number of successful restaurants and homemade ice cream stores.

Since 1998, Robert has been involved in the original construction, design and development of Michael Baxter and Associates Commercial Real Estate. He has consistently been one of the top producers and twice earned the Tammy Miller Team Player Award.
