FGCU to host Southwest Florida Investment Forum

Florida Gulf Coast University is hosting the “Third Annual Southwest Florida Investment Forum,” sponsored by The CFA Society of Naples from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Monday, March 15 in the Student Union ballroom.

Social time with light hors d’oeuvres begins at 4 p.m. There is no charge to attend, and it is open to the public.

This unique event features presentations by two local publicly traded companies to discuss “how we are positioning our business to thrive in the current economy,” followed by a question and answer session. Presenting companies are Health Management Associates and The E.W. Scripps Company.

The CFA Society of Naples is a local, non-profit member society of the CFA Institute, the global association of investment professionals and administrator of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. The Society is a resource for those in the investment business pursuing the highest standards of competence and ethics.
