H1N1 swine flu immunizations available at the Sanibel School Friday, Oct. 30

On Friday, Oct. 30, beginning at 10 a.m. and continuing until to 3 p.m., or as long as vaccine supply is available, the Lee County Health Department will be providing the H1N1 flu immunization at the Sanibel School, 3840 Sanibel-Captiva Road.

The Sanibel-Captiva chapter of the Southwest Florida Medical Reserve Corps will operate the immunization (vaccination) clinic on behalf of the Lee County Health Department. The immunizations will be provided free of charge. To help expedite your visit to the immunization clinic, please click the link to download the consent form and bring this completed form with you.
