Waterstone announces partnership with ResortQuest

By Staff | Jun 16, 2009

Earlier this month, Waterstone Resorts and Vacation Homes announced they have closed on an asset purchase on a portion of ResortQuest’s operations in Southwest Florida’s Lee and Collier County. This includes the resort areas managed by ResortQuest of Naples, Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers. ResortQuest and Waterstone represent two of Southwest Florida’s largest and most respected property management companies.

“Waterstone is excited about the efficiencies that will be realized with this acquisition and look forward to continuing the high levels of service that both guests and owners have come to expect from ResortQuest,” said Ben Edwards, President of Waterstone Resorts and Vacation Homes.

After the sale, Waterstone will maintain a partnership with ResortQuest. They will become a member of ResortQuest’s Partner Affiliate Program where they will have a presence on ResortQuest’s website along with other Partners currently representing over 100 destinations world-wide.

“We are excited about the opportunity of Waterstone Resorts and Vacation Homes being a ResortQuest affiliate and operating in conjunction with them as a partner,” said Park Brady, CEO of ResortQuest.

ResortQuest will continue to manage their other vacation rental and real estate operations in Florida as well as South Carolina, Delaware, Alabama, Colorado, Utah and Idaho. These locations are not affected by this sale.
