BIG ARTS celebrates Fourth Annual Family Day

People of all ages will enjoy a free fun afternoon in BIG ARTS’ Boler Garden on Sunday, May 3 with a show by Dave the Horn Guy, and music by The Sanibel School’s Steel Drum Band.

BIG ARTS Fourth Annual Family Day begins at 3:30 p.m., and the celebration will include honking, comedy, theater, art and music.

Dave the Horn Guy has performed his fast-paced, high-energy show worldwide, with many television appearances, including “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

The afternoon will also include the visual arts opening reception for The Sanibel School and Heights Elementary School and “Open Doors: Great Expectations XIV.”

Funded through donations to the Alliance for the Arts, “Open Doors: Great Expectations XIV” exhibit will be open May 2 through 22 in Founders Gallery.

BIG ARTS Family Day is sponsored by the L.A.T. Foundation. Student Exhibit is sponsored by Visual Arts Patron Season Sponsors June Rosner and Russ Bilgore. Open Doors Exhibit is supported by Visual Arts Season Sponsors Deborah and John La Gorce.
