"It's going to have a little bit of a different flare to it. (The menu will have) the same great food and we're going to add some vegetarian items because I think people are looking for those options right now," said Sandy Stilwell, owner of Sunshine Seafood Cafe and CEO of Stilwell Enterprises.

Stilwell said she and her employees are looking forward to the move which is projected to happen late November.

"We're very excited about the new move. I think with the outdoor music from Andy Rosse (Lane) it will be more of a lively restaurant," Stilwell said.

Latte Da Coffee Shop & Deli will be relocated to where Premier Sotheby's International Realty is on 11508 Andy Rosse Lane.
